Volunteering

Thinking of becoming a volunteer?
Do you have any spare time?
Would you like to get involved in AIDS prevention?
Why not join our team of volunteers!

Ex Aequo’s permanent team works closely with its team of volunteers.

The volunteers take part in all projects which could not be carried out without their energy, know-how and the time they dedicate to the association.

If you would like to devote some time to the association, either on a regular or from occasional basis, you are most welcome – join the Ex Aequo team of volunteers.

This team meets on a regular basis to organise prevention activities and to develop actions. This is also a good opportunity for the volunteers to see how the work is carried out by the permanent team. The volunteers play a full role in developing and realising the work done by Ex Aequo.

Throughout the year, the volunteers carry out a number of activities:
- Preparing the material on prevention
- Distributing leaflets and condoms
- Preparing mailings
- Working on stands
- Taking part in events
- Technical and logisitc support

Today, any form of commitment is more than welcome according to the amount of time you can dedicate and the activities you want to take part in. For a first meeting with the Ex Aequo team, contact us!

Ex Aequo does not organise support or counselling for AIDS patients. For these activities, please contact the Aide Info Sida (www.aideinfosida.be) team, the Sœurs de le Perpétuelle Indulgence who organise "resourcing" sessions for people living with HIV (www.lessoeurs.org), or the Fonds de Solidarité Sida (www.fondsdesolidaritesida.be).
