For gay and bisexual men, living with HIV or not, it is not always easy to talk freely to your health professionals. On the other hand, talking about sexual orientation and sexual practices can also be delicate for a health professional. However, a trusting relationship is always needed to establish a good diagnosis.

A group of volunteers at Exaequo organised a database of gay-friendly and HIV-friendly health professionals which they update regularly. The project is called TTBM which stands for Très Très Bon Médecin, Very Very Good Doctor in english.

You can contact them via ttbm@exaequo.be and let them know in which neighbourhood or city you live in order to find a professional close to your place.
